Job Description

The Vendor Relations Coordinator helps to support the vendors with the various function relating to taking inbound calls, reviewing electronic approvals, and approving various services. These services include glass approvals, towing approvals, among other services.


  • Manage all required queues; create, work, and comment on all issues until completion
  • Manage the group voicemail daily
  • Answer incoming calls as required
  • Able to manager service level agreements and vendor performance
  • Regularly meet and provide feedback with vendors
  • Provide excellent customer service when contacting for approvals

  • Ability to priorities multiple tasks


  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience


  • Previous experience working in an office environment which includes working with computers, handling large volumes of work, and some customer service experience.


  • Computer knowledge i.e. Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must have good telephone etiquette
  • Good verbal and written communication
