Job Description

The Truck and Equipment Program Manager will collaborate with sales and client services to monitor and coordinate the implementation of strategic goals; including but not limited to client service improvements, work flow process improvements, increasing profitability on current portfolio of assets, client penetration through additional services, and other creative lease solutions required by LPUS Truck and Equipment clients. This role will work closely with sales origination, client services, operations, finance, legal, and the equity source to ensure an excellent customer service experience for the client through enhanced services and streamlined internal processes while also recognizing and implementing profitable solutions for LeasePlan.

Responsibilities:

  • • Create metrics and measurement tools to assist the truck and equipment commercial team in implementing strategic goals utilizing salesforce and best practices from other areas of the business. Work with Salesforce admin on meaningful dashboards for executive management team.
    • Enhance internal reporting to better utilize data for analysis and client reporting as needed to increase client\u0027s ability to manage their business effectively and efficiently. Ensure data integrity for all reports through understanding of internal systems and data sources. Provide solutions for maintaining manual data.
    • Proactively analyze client\u0027s portfolio with possible potential for growth and maximization of overall profitability. Collaborate with sale and account management on recommendations.
    • Provide client recommendations to streamline activities or enhance the client experience with LeasePlan USA.
    • Cross-train with client services, syndications, and sales origination to provide support when needed for special projects.
    • Regularly review processes and procedures and provide recommendations for improvement to management.
    • Work with credit department on data gathering for new credit requests and annual credit renewals.
    • Collaborate with commercial and legal on client transfers, assignments, M&A.
    • Manage the receipt and distribution of client financial reports and any LOC issues with investors and clients.

Requirements:

Education: College degree required. MBA preferred.
Experience:
7-10 years financial services experience. Equipment leasing knowledge preferred.
Skills:

Strong analytical skills.
Must be extremely detail oriented and able to handle many tasks at one time.
Above average Microsoft Excel skills.
Financial understanding of interest rates, depreciation, and residuals.
Proficient in verbal and written communication.
Proven superior customer service skills.
