Job Description


•         Responsible to review new client enrollment specifics to design and document Client Requirements


•         Ensure each client MVR / Safety Product procedures are in place and operational


•         Responsible to process all Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Requests and results on a timely basis and manage various reporting techniques


•         Responsible to manage any State required Driver Authorization requirements


•         Responsible to manually point all results if required, and report in required format


•         Responsible to monitor any new violations and it to the violation table


•         Responsible to review and work the MVR status reject list


•         Responsible to manage Client's project plans


•         Responsible to manage weekly and monthly reports


•         Manage any driver training programs and communications as required


•         Responsible to image all manual releases


•         Responsible to manage replacement decal process


•         Ability to research MVR and Safety billing


•         Maintain quality and productivity standards set by department Manager


•         Communicate with co-workers, team members, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.


•         Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.


•         Demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance.


•         Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.

IDEAL REQUIREMENTS

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience within Automotive Claims/Fleet Management environment, or similar experience required

Skills

Knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be detailed oriented. Must work cooperatively with others and treat others with respect. Must maintain reliable attendance record.
