Overview - Product Marketing Manager

LeasePlan USA is adding a product marketing manager to the team to develop go-to-market plans for new products while driving sales, adoption, utilization and customer retention for our existing portfolio. If this sounds like it’s in your wheelhouse, we’d love to talk!

As a product marketing manager, you can look forward to:

  • Crafting product positioning, differentiated stories, value proposition and key messages to convey the company’s unique solutions to the marketplace.
  • Developing strategies and marketing plans that drive growth and revenue for leasing, mobility and fleet management products.
  • Creating and executing top-notch integrated lead generation programs for new and existing products.
  • Leveraging multiple channels to communicate product value to internal and external audiences.

You will also manage:

  • Market research activities
  • Product packaging, design and user experience
  • Development of sales tools, collateral and out-of-the box content
  • Sales enablement programs
  • Integrated lead generation and awareness activities
  • Events, webinars and product training
  • Customer feedback loop and case studies
  • Repeatable and measurable GTM processes
  • Analysis of performance metrics and results

Who you will work with:

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, from product management and development to marketing operations, sales, client experience and leadership.  You’re the kind of person who:

Is a creative and qualitative thinker – familiar with various product marketing techniques and positioning strategies. You have proven experience in product marketing or agile product development. You are a team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, creating messaging and content to increase prospect engagement.

 You also have:

  • BS/BA degree in business, marketing or related degree.
  • 5 years of relevant product management or product marketing experience.
  • Business-to-business marketing experience.
  • Experience within similar or relevant industries.
  • Experience with market analysis, product launch and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • An eye for detail, mixed with creativity and superior communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • High energy, a leadership mindset and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Pardot, design and copywriting as an added bonus.
