Job Description

Primary responsibility will be to handle replacement registrations as requested. Assist with registration renewal management, providing support for internal department and client/driver.  Includes registration research and problem solving with state DMV offices.

  • Process registration renewals and apply for duplicate registrations for clients on renewal program and occasionally clients not on program which includes tracking expiration dates, coordinating directly with different states for registration renewal document requirements and fees. Processing directly with the State, Service, Internet and On-line in house.
  • Responsible for accurately requesting checks billing client for all work processed and updating the system. This includes paying the vendors and scanning the new documents timely.
  • Responsible for timely follow-up of all work sent out to be processed to insure it is received back timely to send to the client/driver to meet registration deadlines.
  • Responsible for working and resolving Responseplan tickets in a timely manor to meet Operational goals of 85%.
  • Maintain in-depth understanding of Federal and State Motor Vehicle regulations to ensure compliance and communication of same regulations.
  • Assist with incoming calls from client/driver regarding questions pertaining to registrations.
  • Assist with special request/reports that are implemented to maintain our relationship with our clients
  • Assists others in the department as backup to cover absences and with special assignments, when required.
  • Communicate with co-workers, team members, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
  • Demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance.
  • Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.

Education: High School Diploma

Experience: Previous office experience including work with computers, handling large volumes of work and some customer  service experience.

Skills: Computer knowledge, i.e. Excel, Word, and 10 key touch.  Must have good telephone etiquette, basic accounting and typing skills.
