LeasePlan USA is hiring a digital media specialist to further promote our LeasePlan as the top-of-mind resource for vehicle management and mobility services.

As a digital media specialist, you can look forward to:

  • positioning LeasePlan as the authoritative fleet expert
  • increasing engagement with the brand online and throughout the industry
  • managing a robust editorial calendar
  • launching social media campaigns to align with product marketing strategies
  • writing and managing blog and editorial content
  • drafting press releases, pitching articles and coordinating interviews
  • curating content, distributing client newsletters and increasing subscribers
  • managing WordPress content, following best practices for SEO
  • converting blog visitors into leads with explicit calls to action
  • executing PR activities, such as award nominations and coordinating a rock-solid speaker platform
  • engaging with communities in social channels and Google My Business
  • managing video production to promote our innovative products and expertise
  • monitoring and improving performance through data and analytics
  • serving as a brand ambassador
  • identifying new and better ways to manage each essential job functions

Who you will work with:

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, from product marketing to digital marketing, sales, client experience and leadership. Because we believe in the Power of One LeasePlan, you’ll also get to glean best practices from our global marketing and corporate affairs.

You’re the kind of person who is:

A creative and qualitative thinker – familiar with various digital marketing techniques and positioning strategies. You have proven experience in marketing, social media or PR. You are a team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, and can leverage and effectively utilize resources throughout the organization.

You also have:

BS/BA degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related area.

2+ years of digital marketing, social media and/or PR experience.

Above average writing skills and experience with AP Style.

An eye for detail, mixed with creativity and superior communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.

High energy, a leadership mindset and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.

Technical proficiency with above-average skill in all Microsoft Office programs.

Experience with InDesign, video production, Pardot and Salesforce.com as an added bonus.

Experience within similar or relevant B2B industries a plus.
