Job Description

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing a recruiting strategy that will attract quality, talented individuals to the organization. The Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer acceptance.  The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, HR Partners and the human resources team .

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute a recruiting strategy that aligns with the overall organizational objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to identify current and upcoming job openings, and develop recruitment strategies for these roles including identifying the best channels for internal and external marketing of job openings.
  • Develop job postings to accurately reflect job requirements and company culture.
  • Source active and passive candidates
  • Manage applicant tracking system
  • Screen incoming and on-file applicant resumes, and assess for job and organizational fit.
  • Maintain a pipeline of talented active and passive individuals.
  • Schedule all screenings and interviews.
  • Maintain communication with applicants and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Generate job offer documents and other related materials for distribution to applicants and hiring managers.
  • Manage post-offer screening process.
  • Ensure positions are filled in a timely manner.
  • Measure recruitment practices against recruitment metrics, analyze for gaps, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Manage budget of recruitment activities. 
  • Coordinate external recruitment events (e.g. campus fairs, job fairs, and networking events) and participate as a company representative.
  • Communicate with co-workers, team members, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
  • Demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance.
  • Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection in a corporate environment. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required - UltiPro and/or Workday a plus.  Experience using social media platforms for recruitment a plus. 

Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills; knowledge of HR and recruitment practices;  technical knowledge of applicant tracking systems; knowledge of legislation and regulations surrounding recruitment and selection practices .
