Job Description

The Activation Administrator will be actively involved in coordination and implementation of LeasePlan’s new and existing client setup. The administrator will ensure that clients are prepared for the implementation, provide implementation support and ensure post-implementation utilization goals are met. 

•         Collaborate with the Client Activation Analyst or Manager to ensure that implementations are moving in accordance with the contract deliverables and project timeline

•         Coordinate implementation status meetings which includes preparing the agenda, taking meeting minutes, documenting action items, and gathering team member list information

•         Maintains implementation materials and ensure all client’s documentation is stored on the shared drive

•         Partners with the appropriate internal departments to ensure timely closure of open action items that arise during the implementation process

•         Manages the scheduling of ePlan training, validation of ePlan user i.d. and passwords prior to distribution to new users

•         Assists the Client Activation Analyst of unit loads for 3rd party loads, new and existing client loads needed

•         Utilization and proficiency in LeasePlan systems; including CASE, ePlan, AS400, Remedy/ResponsePlan, and LPRMS Client Card

•         Portray a positive and enthusiastic image to all clients that is focused on the programs and services that LeasePlan offers

•         Maintains knowledge of all LeasePlan’s service offering, industry-related news and internal changes with Clients

•         Communicate with co-workers, team members, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.

•         Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.

•         Demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance.

•         Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.

Education:  College Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:  A minimum of 3-5 years Industry and/or client contact required.Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge required, the ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time professional written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
