Job Description

Process timely and accurate billing in an efficient manner. Generate the Truck and Late fee invoice. Assist in Corporate Fleet and FM invoice distribution. Maintain and meet productivity and quality standards.

  • Responsible for preparation and distribution of scheduled monthly Corporate Fleet and Maintenance billing and weekly maintenance billing as scheduled
  • Responsible to prepare and submit all monthly billing for client 3rd party entries and any other special handling of client invoices
  • Responsible to process the Truck monthly billing, including invoice generation and distribution
  • Responsible to generate the Late Fee billing in a time agreed upon by Collections, including printing and distribution of invoices
  • Process write off's at the end of each month
  • Assist in cross training team members to upload, verify, research, validate and process miscellaneous billing
  • Process uploads for all renewals, violations, TriVin, M&S and ATS license and title miscellaneous billing as they are provide to Billing Services
  • Prepare and image necessary documents to complete the billing process
  • Process wire requests for specific vendor payments
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts as assigned
  • Produce and Enter Journal Entries for Reconciliation
  • Process refund checks and Responseplan requests for credits on billing, void checks, etc. in AS/400.
  • Process the billing transactions daily and accurately, from Operational departments such as Vehicle Acquisition and License and title to include verifying, research, validation and process documentation
  • Attend all department training
  • Ability to navigate through AS/400; JDE; Daisy; CASE and ePlan
  • Ensure procedures, instructions and visual aids are maintained, revised and updated
  • Respond to \u0022ResponsePlan\u0022 requests in a timely manner
  • Serve as back-up as assigned by manager
  • Assist with all priority department tasks to ensure timely entry
  • Communicate with co-workers, team members, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
  • Demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance.
  • Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience: Data entry experience. MS word and excel skills preferred, but not required

Skills: Must be detail oriented and able to problem solve. Ability to stay on task with repetitive work. Provide exceptional internal and external customer service. Ability to effectively meet deadlines. Must be flexible and willing to adapt to the department needs.
