Provides legal support to the SVP and General Counsel, the Company’s business and sales leaders, and various other functions within the organization, including the Company’s procurement and operations groups.  In partnership with the General Counsel, manages, trains and provides guidance to two paralegals.  Acts as a generalist, performing a wide variety of legal tasks, with a primary focus on leasing law.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a major law firm and in-house legal department with a strong background in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.   The candidate  will also handle a wide variety of other legal matters, including dispute resolution and legal compliance. 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide concise, easy-to-understand legal advice to business leaders while advancing the company’s strategic objectives. 
  • Draft and negotiate large volume of commercial contracts, including fleet leasing contracts, assignment agreements, vendor contracts, vehicle remarketing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.    
  • Provide counseling to business leaders
  • Provide strong in-house support on any M&A transactions.
  • Develop and implement legal training for internal clients.
  • Other assignments as directed by the Company’s SVP & General Counsel.



  • 5+ years of major law firm and in-house practice experience
  • J.D. from accredited U.S. law school
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Georgia
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Transactional/contract drafting/negotiating/ experience
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, make decisions, and render advice in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work flow based on the company’s commercial priorities and strategic goals
  • Ability to function as team player, collaborating with colleagues, clients, and business leaders to further the company’s strategic objectives
  • Ability to interact diplomatically and persuasively with employees at all levels
  • Well-organized and exhibits a strong work ethic
