•         Review new client enrollment specifics for accuracy

•         Ensure each client's MVR / Safety Product procedures are in place and operational

•         Process all Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Requests and results on a timely basis and manage reporting

•         Manage Client's project plans

•         Manage weekly and monthly excel reports

•         Manage any driver training programs and communications as required

•         Maintain quality and productivity standards set by department Manager

•         Communicate with co-workers, team members, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.

•         Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.

•         Demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance.

•         Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.

High School Diploma or equivalent required


Minimum of 2 years customer service experience required.


Knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail oriented. Must work cooperatively with others and treat others with respect. Must maintain reliable attendance record.
