Job Description

The Cooperative Account Coordinator is responsible for providing service and support to our clients through cooperative guidance between the client and LeasePlan, driving superior customer satisfaction through efficient and effective processes and responses.

This position will can either be located in Alpharetta, GA or Hanover, NJ.


  • Work collaboratively with the Account Management team and client on job-related functions
  • Work with the client fleet department to review and recommend fleet policy changes and enhancements to improve administrative time and cost savings
  • Manage and coordinate with the client fleet department vehicle depreciation structure to tie with vehicle usage and provide optimal vehicle replacement recommendations based on client request
  • Manage and update client inventory including driver assignments, driver terminations, driver transfers, vehicle terminations, moves, and storage
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Provide analytical and exception reporting as needed, focusing on life cycle cost analysis, acquisition, maintenance, fuel and vehicle remarketing, and other client required internal reporting
  • Manage mutually agreed upon statement of work
  • Input, review and or analyze benefit reporting and data entry
  • Act as Fleet Administrator for vehicles as delegated by client
  • Ability to handle day-to-day client and driver requests, by utilizing LeasePlan\u0027s client interface software-ePlan, multiple client management tools and client specific access request
  • Assist with vehicle and equipment recommendations, replacement analysis and cost saving suggestions
  • Create, enhance and run client requested reports, analyze and undertake cost saving initiatives based on the report outs
  • Follow up and follow through on specific client requests and projects
  • Develop process improvement within the department, with the goal of improved service delivery and administrative time savings.
  • Update system with client specific data.
  • Keep up to date on industry news.

  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience


  • Customer service, account support or customer interface experience preferred


  • Microsoft office suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Self motivated
